Exchange setup

I have a machine running SRV200(called Firewall), no Active Directory, along with Neowatch firewall.
Behind this I have another SRV2000 (called webMail) running AD and various machines along side logging on.
Currently all clients access the internet via the Firewall server.
Question is that I want to install Exchange2000 on the network, possibly the WebMail server, how can I tell the firewall machine to forward all email to exchange on the webMail server or do I have to have exchange on the Firewall server.

I have all my mail come in through my firewall and get fwd'd to my exchange box, its all in the setup of your firewall. 01110000
