Exchange Server Reboots

I am using Exchange 2003 Enterprise on a server running Windows 200.

We initially had Exchange 2003 Standard but recently upgraded to Enterprise. It ran for a short time and then rebooted. Now it reboots - some time 2or 3 times a day. Some time only once in a 24 hour period. We have tried Microsoft tech support and Compaq tech support(they think it might be a hardware issue.) Made a few changes here and there and still it reboots.

Any ideas?

You probably have "Automatically restart" selected under your startup and recovery options. Are you generating a dump file, and if so what type?
