We have one email problem in our branch office. There is one Exchange 5.5 server in the branch office. Recently the email users there cannot get the outside emails (like yahoo or hotmail) but they can the internal email. We check the server many times but find nothing wrong. What we can do is just rebooting the mail server. After that everything is ok for a period. Maybe one month or two month, it happened again.
Would you give us more suggestion on it?
