every time i reset my server the exchange service does not work and give me error and when i reinsert the administrator password in the exchange service it is work i do not know why the password changed or the the exchange can not see it correctlly any way is there any one have any idea about this problem.

so- if you go into the `log on` tab of the service in services of administrative tools and enter the username and password--it isnt kept-is this right?
if so--have you tried choosing the one above which is the system account?
another thing--is the exchange server running a service pack or is it a default installation? --the default installation is inherently flawed.
