I have a staff member who has left.
In the exchange management shell, I ran the command: New-MailboxExportRequest –Mailbox
The command accepted my username and file path - no errors generated - responded with status of Queued
After a few minutes I ran the command Get-MailboxExportRequest | fl to see if the status changed to completed
I did this yesterday and so far, 24 hours later, when I run the Get-Mailboxexportrequest command today, it is still showing as queued.
Can anyone suggest why it may be taking over 24 hours? Is there anything I can check or look at to see why?
