Exchange Server Locking Up. Eating all avail memory!

My Exchange 2000 server seems to have a memory leak. It is running on a dual PIII 1.13 with 1.5 GB Ram. After running for about a day or so it's use will go up to about 1.6 and it is all downhill from there, I get messages from out look stating "Requesting Data from Exchange Server" Any information is greatly appreciated.

have you checked your event log?
done a search through this forum in case "memory leak" or "Requesting Data from Exchange Server" have been covered in depth previously?
