having difficult time with messege delivery... over abundant amount of undeliverable emails sent out from our server to our customers... also, having issues with 2 and 3 day delay in undeliverable response... our IT department says it's user error but i can't see that many users mistakes (100+ per day)... after looking in system, after customer calls to have email resent, the emails still come back as undeliverable when our associates enter the request... possible issues as we are using an antiquated as/400 system...
any thoughts? please advise
