My company is moving to a hosted exchange service. I can't figure out what I need to do inorder to setup calendar sharing as I want. Here is how I want to set things up:
Everyone can do whatever then want in their personal calendar. No other users will be able to see any other users personal calendar.
If any user has an appointment/meeting they want to share with other users it should be placed in a calendar in a public folder.
So how do I set things up so that when I am scheduling something in my personal calendar I can speficy to create a copy in the calendar in the public folder?
Is this possible?? If so how???
