Exchange Server 5.5

I just bought a new server to replace the existing Exchange Server.

Can somebody give me a guideline on how to setup the new exchange server and move over all the mailbox in the existing server to the new one?

You have a couple of main options: hardware-style DR, or add new server and move mailboxes -
