Exchange server 2007 hung and works only after reboot

Hi All,
Our Exchange server 2007 hung a lot every week we have to rboot the server to work again .
can any one tell me what is the problem so I resolve it.

More details please. Anything in the App logs? Does that server lose network connectivity, or do Exchange connections just not work?
