Exchange Server 2003 Information Store Not Visible In backup Exec 9.1
I am Using Backup exec 9.1 .
While Backing up Exchange server 2003, I am able to view only Exchange Mailboxes and Public Folder. I am not able to view the Information Store in Exchange server view. The Exchange agent is running fine. All the Exchange server services are also running UP and Fine.

Try enabling restrict anonymous support on the Backup Exec server and exchange server.

Also make sure when you goto help/about backup exec and license that the Exchange Agent report Agent for Microsoft Exchange 2000. If it doesnt then you have the license that only protect Exchange 5.5
