I am having a problem with an exchange server. The server sends out email in this format:-

This is a multi-part message in MIME format.

------=_NextPart_000_0001_01C94942.EA40E340
Content-Type: multipart/alternative;
boundary="----=_NextPart_001_0002_01C94942.EA432D30"

------=_NextPart_001_0002_01C94942.EA432D30
Content-Type: text/plain;
charset="utf-8"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64

This is the start of a server performance report that every other server sends properly formatted. This happens for incoming and outgoing mail that have attachments; the attachments appear as part of the email body. Anyone help please?

Do you have any Exchange A/V plug-ins installed recently? Do you have any anti-virus/ISA servers scanning or messing with your email during transit? Something seems to be messing with or removing the required MIME header. Are you in Mixed or Native Exchange mode?
