When we go to Tools, Rules, we get the message:
"The urles on this machine do not match the rules on the Exchange Server."
Whether we pick Client or Server, we get to the rules screen.
Rules may be entered and run, but will be deactivated when we close the rules screen.
Next time, we get the same problem.
This was also happening on Reply to email, but seems to have stopped.

I already removed the client from the PC and reinstalled.
I aready killed the client from the PC, removed Outlook, killed the mailbox from server, purged the mailbox from the server and reinstalled everything.
Did somebody say POP3?
