Good morning.
We have one company who will email us and their email will insert a ✉ icon in the subject title. Normally this isn't a big deal but if our employee attaches that email into our BMS, it somehow corrupts the client file attachments. Basically our BMS cannot recognize that icon, it then changes it to a ? mark and the only way to fix it is to go into a special database utility to remove that question mark (a time consuming process). So I was wondering how I could create a rule within Exchange that somehow strips that icon out of the subject title entirely.
So something like "if ✉ is in the subject title from company.com, then delete the ✉ icon but leave the rest of the subject line alone"
Thank you
