Exchange RPC over HTTP errors

Hi I just installed a fresh copy of Exchange Server 2010 on a fresh copy of Windows Server 2008 Enterprise x64 and I cannot get Outlook clients to connect using RPC over HTTP proxy, it just prompts the user for their password endlessly and never connects.

Also, how can I get this to work with Entourage 2008 as well?
