Hi! I am still working on this but wanted to see if anyone else has seen this.
When trying to add a restore job on an exchange IS we are getting a Dr. Watson (asmgr.exe) and then of course the manager shuts down. Arcserve told us to upgrade to SP4..which we are still waiting to do to ensure there are no issues with the service pak.
Anway two things have changed since we performed a restore. One is a change in service accounts and the other is we are performing a restore to it's original place.
We have arcserve 2000 on an NT4.0 box, exchange is being run on 2000.
