Does anyone know if it's possible to set up 2 exchange boxes with the same name in the same site for replication - NT 4.0 domain and exchange 5.5? Eventually the 2nd box will take over all of the mail.

If this possible?

unfortunately, it doesn't work that way, you'd have to give that box a unique name, then move everything over.
