We have 2 Exchange servers 5.5 configure the same way, same version, same service pack. One the server is inside of Our Firewall and the other one is outside of the firewall. Our replication from the exchange inside the firewall out works perfect, but the replication from Exchange Outside of our firewall to the exchange inside, does not work very well. Seem like it works only went it feels like it. We are migrating the accounts from the server outside of the firewall to our exchage inside the firewall. Yes he have connectivity between the two servers.
