I'm having some trouble figuring out how to go about this.

I have an exchange 2003 server running (mailguru)
I want to add a second machine running exchange (mailbackup)
and have it replicate and syncronized with the primary
mail server.

Should I run the migration tools in order to copy all the
mailboxes , etc?

Then how do I set it to stay syncronized?

Yes I'm an Exchange newbie.
Thanks in advance

no, u don;t need to do anything, just throw in the 2nd server to the same org or site. u might want to configure 2nd server to public folder repl as well. basically, mailboxz can only reside on one server, other server is like referal partner.
