Exchange recovery issue

We want to recover an exchange datastore

but as i came accross the fact that Only browsable recoveries can be done for Exchange save sets and we cannot change the browse time of a recoverable save set. Browse time can only be extended for browsable save sets

save set we selected is:
ssid 890080678
clone id 12480032

To make a save set browsable:

mminfo -q ssid -r cloneid (or equivalent)
nsrmm -S ssid/cloneid -e date
nsrmm -S ssid -o notrecyclable
nsrck -L7 -t date client_name

1-Can someone please assist me with the EXACT commands as i am getting stuck in the same loop

In general, your procedure is correct:
mminfo -q ssid=ssid# -r cloneid get ssid & cloneid
nsrmm -S ssid/cloneid -e date extend the retention period (otherwise NW will see no need to insert the metadata)
nsrmm -S ssid -o notrecyclable set the ssid to recoverable
nsrck -L7 -t date client_name recover the index info from the index backup

However, it is most likely that the index backup has already been deleted, especially when you backed up to disk.
In this case you have no choice - you must run scanner to get it from the backup data stream itself.
Insert your tape into a drive and run:
scanner -iv -S ssid# <device_name>
This will take 'a bit' longer as the whole stream must be read.

After that you should be able to run a recovery from the module GUI.

Will you need Offsite tapes for the recovery? - How should anybody else than you know?
But you can verify as follows:
mminfo -q ssid=ssid# -r ssid,name,volume,sumflags,location
'sumflags' also tells you which sequence you should follow.
