What is the best way to ensure you can send/receive multiple domains in Exchange? i have the recipient policies set up and working as e-mails are received for multiple domains. However, when trying to send or respond to the non primary e-mail the error is:

You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.

<domain.com #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 <email@email.com.uk>... Access denied>
that access is denied.

Do i need to set up another smtp connector for that specific domain?

Set up multiple mailboxes for each user with diff primary e-mail address and have them use the from field?

Would appreaciate insight into the best way to set this up.
Thank you in advance.

Traditionally, you can only send from the primary account. If you need to send from the other account, you have to get creative:

Setup another profile in Outlook, using IMAP.

Split the email addresses to different user accounts, and configure separate profiles for each

Use third party software.
