I have three questions here.

1.)
I have one user that when she sends emails only her first name appears in the from section. Everyone else shows up with both first and last. How can I fix this?

2.)
I have a user who is receiving administrative messages (eg: email bounce backs errors) and doesn't want to receive these any more. How do I remove him from Administrative contacts?

3.)
I have another user who can not receive email from an outside domain because it's telling them that her mailbox is full. She has 1000+ emails stored in her account. Would deleting some of the emails fix this?

1. Display name of the user's AD account
2. You need to be more specific - are these bouncebacks for other users that he's receiving?
3. Check the size of her mailbox in ESM. It's over the limit set on either the mailbox store or the user account.

I sent our a email blast to our newsletter subscribers from another email address on exchange. The small amount of emails that didn't go through because of bad email address , he is receiving the messages. Like this email address doesn't exist here, ect...
