Hello,
We're running Exchange 2003 Server. In one of our public folders (a Rolodex type folder) I'm having users mention that they have called up records, changed the "File-As" type on a record to another format, and Save the change. The record appears fine until the next day when the "File-As" type returns to the old format for said records.
For example: File as: Smith, John. The user changes it to File As: The ABC Co. Smith, John. (A valid choice in the drop down list provided by exchange.)
The record will appear as The ABC Co. Smith, John but only for one day.
The public folder is a moderated folder, but it appears Edits do not get moderated. (Only new entries are sent to the moderator.) So I don't think this has anything to do with the inconsistancies, but wanted to mention it.
