Exchange Public Calendar Problem

Hi all!

Im having a problem with one user, and l just cant seem to solve it at the mo.

Im trying to add one of our public calendar's to a users calendar tab in Outlook so its easy for him to access the calandar. But it will not create a shortcut to get to the calender no matter what l do.

Normally l would right click one the public calendar and Add to Fav's but this doesnt work. l have tryed checking all his permisions they are fine, l have checked to make sure his outlook is working properly. l have even created a new data file for him, just incase the old one was starting to corrupt.

Try quitting outlook and renaming the appropriate .fav file in the users outlook profile folder (D&S\username\application data\microsoft\outlook)

This is where outlook bar shortcuts are stored and i've had a few instances whereby new shortcuts dont appear (especially if the users has many).
