When a user logs onto a Exchange OWA she gets an error: "Internal Server Error Occurred".
Any suggestions on what could be causing this or how it could be fixed. Also mind that this message is only happening for one of 50 users. All other users are able to log on successfully and without a problem.

I have already tried that suggested solution and unfortunately that did not work. Any other suggestions?

According to MS the problem could also be the clients. The 50 clients that has the problem is probably Internet explorer 5 or 6?
But MS dont tell what the actual problem is (exept that it has somehting to with a rich and reach interface) and they dont tell how to solve the problem (I also have the problem!!)

Check what type of authentication you have on the IIS web.

Some clients have problems viewing sites using NTLM authentication over the internet.

The best pratice way is to use plain text authentication with a SSL connection as this ensures client compatability and also ensures your session is secure.

(DO NOT USE PLAIN TEXT AUTH ON A NORMAL HTTP CONNECTION!)
