We are using Exchange Server 2010 and Outlook client 2010.

At the bottom of the email window is a window that displays users pictures.

How do we turn that off or hide it?

Sorry if I am posting tis in the wrong place, I am not sure if it is a server setting or a outlook client setting.

Thanks,

That's the social connecter add-in. Go to File, then Options, then Add-Ins. You'll see the Microsoft Outlook Social Connector there in the Active Application Add-ins section. To disable it, in the very bottom of the window you'll see Manage "COM Add-ins". Click the Go button and uncheck the Microsoft Outlook Social Connector.

Outlook should react to this setting right away with no restart (at least it did for me).

Thank you, that worked like a charm.

Happy Holidays,
