Hello,
I have another issue with Exchange 2000. It appears that if a domain has more than 2 MX records, Exchange 2000 will only try to connect to the first 2 records when attempting to send mail to an external domain.
remote1.server.com 10 down
remote2.server.com 20 down
remote3.server.com 30 working
remote4.server.com 40 working
In this scenario, our Exchange server just tries to connect to remote1 and remote2. Both are down though. Remote3 and remote4 are up, but it never attempts to connect to those servers.
Is there a way to configure Exchange 2000 to attempt to connect to these lower priority servers instead of cycling back and forth between the first 2 only?
Thanks
