Exchange not distributing

hi all first post so here goes:

i am running sbs 2000 server and exchange 2000.

a few days ago the exchange serve was downloading mail, but not distributing it, all services are fine, but cant seem to find out why it is not distributing, when i look in folders the new mail is there ready, just not being sent. ideas please?

Check that the Exchange services are all running. Are you using a POP connector?

yes it is running update on error:

e-mail is being pulled down but not distributed, however internal mail accross network is fine, looks like a distribution error, any ideas please? mail can also be sent out.

got it woking now, however i am unable to find or access the emails downloaded before fix. ideas please
