This client's email is handled by an outside ISP, not exchange. Exchange handles internal mail only (for now... they don't have a full time connection yet).
When someone internally sends an e-mail to another internal address, for example stu@aes.com, the exchange server delivers it next time stu connects to exchange. When the user (stu) is outside and connects to the ISP, he doesn't gat the mail (because he's not connecting to the exchange server).
So... anyone outside the organization sends something to stu@aes.com, it goes to the ISP and gets delivered whether stu is on the road or in house. If someone inside the company sends something to stu@aes.com, stu doesn't get it when he's on the road.
ANy Suggestions?
