Hi all,
Scenario:
We have an Exchange account that generates an auto-response whenever someone sends a mail to the corrosponding email address ("Thanks for your mail, blah blah blah". The problem is that whenever the mailbox in the other end ALSO generates an auto-response we get a ping-pong that bogs down the server until we stop it. Until now we have worked around the problem by specifying that the rule (autorespond) shouldn't apply to mails that match a given criteria (e.g. mails with the words "autoreply" in the subject), but there must be a better way do to it.
My question is this: Is there anyway we can specify a custom reply address (e.g. no-reply@domain.com) whenever sending a mail from a specific Exchange mail account?
Or does any else have any other ideas?
Thanks!
All the best,
Nicolaj
