We have Exchange Server 2003. This sotware was aquired with certain amount of licenses of Outlook 2003 as a requirement for it to do the synchronization properly. This software is in English.

Now we are facing a "problem" as not only all employees at different locations worldwide speak English but also their Microsfot Office is on their own language.

Is there any way to have them synchronized at their computers on their own language?

I believe Exchange CALs (and you DID buy Exhcange CALs, and not "Outlook 2003 licenses," right?) are all multi-language/english. So all you need to do is buy a media kit for whatever languages you need, and you are good--so long as you do not exceed your licensed number of clients.
