Hi,
we have set up Exchange 2000 with Outlook 2000 as the email client.
We have set up Outlook with Microsoft Exchange service together with out Internet-E-mail accounts.
The problem we are experiencing is, that every time the client checks for new mail - it keeps marking the last received mail as a new mail - and mark it as unread.
In Outlook 2000 I have set that mail should be marked as read after 4 seconds - but it keeps getting the same old mail in my inbox as unread.
All other functions seems to be working fine.
Should something be done to the Exchange - or why it is working that way...
