Exchange IS Directed Recovery

When I trying to restore Exchange Database from one MSExchange 2000 server to another I`ve got message "_nwbsa_open_restore_session error: unknown XBSA error 1076 (0x434) "

Everything looks is ok with rights (actually users from both servers are in remote tabs for each other)
We have Exch2000 with Sp3, Legato NWKR 6.1.2 Build 340 and NMO 3.0.11.74 installed on both clients.

Anybody has expierence with errors like that?

Check name resolution between the new exchange server and the backup server.
