Exchange integration, outlook client

What do you mean strictly?
If you have MM for Exchange then voicemails are delivered to the subscriber's Inbox (or where ever they are delivering mail to via Outlook) as a message with a wav file attached.
OWA users will see the same thing (there is no MM client for OWA).
Not sure about MAC users. Just being a MAC user doesn't tell us much other than what OS they are using. Even though the MM client is not supported on a MAC OS (that I know of), whatever means that MAC user is getting their email through they would also be getting their voicemails.
