About a month ago I noticed that every morning when I arrive that our exchange server had a virus found warning indicating that the SBIGF virus was found and that Quarintine fail and access was denied.
I run mannual scans each morning that find nothing so I started checking the log files in win2000 and noticed that everynight at 9:30pm when the exchange server runs indexing the virus warnings start showing up. Once indexing stops the warnings stop. If shut indexing off the warnings stop turn it back on and they start again. I have tried everything I can think of to resolve this problem however nothing seems to work. Does anyone know why this is happening and how do I stop it???

Thanks

Brian

Here is one option. Navigate to the link below and download the fix tool for the W32.Sobig.F@mm. Run it on your server to see if it finds and removes the files put into place by this worm. Hope this helps.
