Exchange Groups 1

Hi Guys,

we have a situation, our small company has created a second small company, we have one exchange server for the existing company, is there anyway another group (using a different email group)can be created for users of the new company?
If this is not possible, how can you merge 2 exchange servers?

I take it that you will need separate e mail addresses.
