We have 40 Bberries, mostly at the SVP level. I notice that we're having a sporadic problem. When someone sends an email to the SVP group in Exchange 5.5, not all users in the group that have Bberries receive the email on the device. They all receive the email on their desktop, however. This seems to happen more often when there's a word/excel doc attached. Anyone experiencing this problem too?

Exchange Groups - Limit?

It could just be that they have set their Redirector Settings to disregard messages where their email address does not appear in the TO or CC field. Look on the Filters tab, under "When none of the above rules apply".
If a group name is used in this case, the message will not reach the handheld.
