Hi Everyone,
Is there a way in Exchange 2003 I can create and view multiple calendar. I like to set it up so that 10 users can view one global calendar. This global calendar will be automatically update from their personal calendar. Is this possible?

Thanks

I'm not aware of a built-in way to have a users' calendar auto-update a shared calendar.

But you can create a shared calendar in the Public Folders, and grant appropriate permissions.

Thanks for replying,
How do I created so I can see 9 other calendars?

I think I would create one public folder, then email enable it.

This will allow each of the 10 people to invite the public calendar, so each of thier items would be replicated to the public calendar.

It's not perfect though, I haven't figured out how to move things from tentative to accepted int he public folder.
