Exchange Free Busy Problem

Our internal time servers was changed 5 days ago and it set the exchange time to 07/2036 for 9 hours. Since than our free busy data has had problems. Different users on different servers and on the same server can invite the same group of people. Most will show up fine, but a few will show up as not having free busy data. Users not working on one mailbox, may work okay on another. We only have 1 replica of the free busy info as of now and removing replicas did not clean up the free. deleting all messages from system free busy folder and repopulating did not clear this up.

Does Outlook get free busy information from the directory on it's server, a random server or from the replicas? MS support seems confused on all of this.
