We use Biscom as our fax application. It is connected to our 2003 exchange server. We changed the admin password due to change of staff. After changing the admin password on the exchange server and the biscom server, now we cannot send or receive faxes via biscom. Usually, users are able to send faxes via outlook with a snytax of [fax:fax number]. For the last 48 hrs, biscom has not been working, thus our users are queueing to use two fax machines. Please help. We have been on the phone with biscom for the last two days.Any ideas?
