Exchange emails on Windows Mobile Device

I have exchange 2003 with SP2 and i would like to configure an outlook mobile device to connect to my exchange server. I have a mobile device running windows mobile6.0.

I believe i have setup my exchange correctly. After inputting all my settting in the phone i can sync with my exchange server but all i get is my folders sync'd but no mails.

The sync also complete with no errors. I've spent hours, but still no joy!.

Please someone help me???

Is your certificate working correctly?

there are no events logged relating to to activesync.

i dont have certificates setup, i am not using ssl or forms based authentication.

what do the server logs say? Why aren't you using a certificate? You're not concerned about security?

you should always use an SSL cert when dealing with remote clients even windows mobile devices. you can pick up cheap ssl certs from godaddy.com
