Our mail is currently handled by an SBS 2011 server with Exchange 2010.
We need to setup a redirected email address to handle autotask emails.
I have tried various methods to get the mails to redirect and am now close to what is required but have one remaining problem.
At the moment I have a normal SBS account created and have set its mailbox delivery option to forward to a mail contact that has the external address for autotask.
External emails to this work fine , they are redirected to autotask and tickets are being created and the auto response shows a clean message - all ok.
Internal domain users , when emailing the account are redirected and recieve an email response but the response has additional html formatting text displayed similar to whats shown below.

Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
This then results in a large amount of unwanted test being added to the tickets in their description field.
Can any one explain how I can make internal and external emails redirect without having the additional formatting information
I have tried a text only internal email and that does look ok , can i force this account to only accept incoming text emails internally
If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
