Hi All,

I have BACKUP EXEC 8.6 with the Exchange remote agent. I have the "Exchange Directory" and "Exchange information Store" selected for backup. Now I know my combined Information Store backs up over 3.22GB. But the "Exchange Directory" according to the log from the backup Backup Exec is backing up almost 12 GIG of data (11,550,996 to be exact). How can I verify how this is backing up almost 12 gig? My store is not that big. My dir.edb is only 7.6 meg. Can someone please help me understand how Backup Exec determines what backs up and how it computes the exchange directory.

Thanks in advance.

Zoey

Disregard this. It was 11MEG not 11GIG Miscalculation on my part
