Exchange Directory Migration Wizard problmes

In a lab setup, I'm in the process of moving NT 4 domain to 2003 domain, and also moving Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003. I'm using the ADMT, and have successfully moved user, goups and computer accounts, as well as SIDs from NT to 2003. When I run the Exchange Directory Migration Wizard, I run into permission problems.

When prompted to choose a user account with Permission Admin rights in the source domain, I do so, but I receive this specific error: "The specified credentials are either invalid or do not have access permissions on the exchange server."

I've verified the account is valid for the source domain. I've also tried the process after giving said account Permission Admin rights (and then Service Account Admin rights, and then Admin rights)for the org/site/configuration containers. But no success. After that I tried every user account that had any level of permissions for the org/site/configuration containers, but still no success.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
