Hello In our building we have an exchange server 5.5 and
we are installing perdesk.
Now the mail is delivered to a distribution list (tsd_all)
when we answer the email it is directly send back.
for example:
customer --> tsd_all --> employee

I-----------------------------<
Now we want the perldesk to get the email and to send
the email back to the exchange server.
customer --> TSD_all ---> Perldesk
<--- <----
How can I do this, Perldesk doesn't have an email acount.
Maybe Ip-address??
