Hi,
I am currently running exchange 5.5 that comes with SBS 4.5. I am also running the POP3 connector that microsoft provides. Internal email within the organization is delivered without a problem, and so is mail that is only addressed to one person.
The Problem::
When someone sends a mail from the internet to our organization that is being sent to n people in the organization eash recipient recieves n emails in their inbox.
Therefor if joe@isp.com sends an email to bob@mycorp.com and lisa@mycorp.com both Bob and Lisa recieve two mails in their inboxes.
I have temporarily solved most of the problems by creating distributions lists, however it is still an annoying problem that I can't seem to find an answer for.
Jon
PS. This is a brand new installation.
