exchange db error please help

try to start the exchange services and get error 4294966277

please help

As I recall, this is a problem with code pages. Are you moving servers, because if you are then you need to install the code pages that were on the previous server.

I think its on the NT server CD under Langpack directory!

Lost the raid the db was on, rebuilt the raid only to find a db error still the same server.
