Exchange database not being backup

I use a differential GFS tape rotation to backup my servers on the network. On Friday nights (full Backup) exchange database gets back up. But on the other nights where I'm doing differential exchange does not get back up. I get no error message or anything. On Exchange database optioni I have selected to do FULL backup.

Any body see this problem before.

PS. I'm also doing SQL database back ups with no problems.
