Exchange Configuraton Query

A client has asked us to configure all users on his network to be able to send individual email, but all incoming email to be delivered to one address regardless of email address.

Is this possible and if so can anyone tell me how.

We are a Novell and Lotus Notes house and do not have a lot of experience with Exchange <g>

To be delivered to one address in addition to that which it is supposed to go, use Journaling. To send to one mailbox first, then send to others, create a distribution list, having the necessary e-mail addresses.
