Hi, just a quick question.

Does anynoe know if it is possible to use Access to look at a users Calendar on an Exchange 5.5 server?

I would like to have a calendar page, which looks up four engineers calendars, and then publishes for the month specified a vertical list from day 1 for each engineer?

e.g. | M Josh | J Turner | P King | J Smith |
------------------------------------------------------------
Day 1 | Appt | | Appt | Appt |
Day 2 | | Appt | | |
Day 3 | Appt | | Appt | Appt |
Day 4 | | Appt | Appt | Appt |
Day 5 | | | | Appt |

Also, If this is possible, can you also make appointments to a users Calendar which is stored on the exchange server (5.5) from Access?

Or am I biting off more than I may be able to chew?

Kevin

Possibly the best information on this can be found at I have used code samples from the site to pull information into Access tables. I then used several of the calendar report samples from to publish some nicely formatted reports.
